Rescued at 5 weeks old. Currently age 7. Born to play and sleep in a cushy bed.

We adopted Cooper a year ago from a rescue program. He was found as a stray in the Bronx, and was almost euthanized before rescued by a Cocker Spaniel organization in Queens. He just had his 5th birthday and is the most incredible little 'person' ever. He's very intelligent, full of personality, and nothing but 40lbs of love! We love Cooper!

Scarlett is a black and tan Cockapoo. She's about 5 years old and a rescue dog who was abused by her original owner. She is making great progress and is such a sweet girl.

Maggi is a Treeing Walker Coonhound and Australian Cattle Dog mix. She loves to hunt for rabbit, squirrel, possum and raccoon. She's just a great dog to have in the family, and always finds a way to cheer us up.

Henry was rescued from a farm that included almost 90 dogs of various breeds. He seems very glad to live with a little less competition for food! As you can see, he has personality plus and is always good for a laugh or two. Since Henry lives with 6 Beagles, he thinks he is a 85lb Beagle!

Zeke is GSP and Black Lab mix. He loves to run through the bushes and smell for birds and rabbits.

This is Alan. I am not sure what breed he is. He is 9 months old. I am his 3rd owner and I will be his 3rd owner till he dies. He is a little scared at the moment, he sleeps with me. He loves my other dog Archie. His previous owner didn't train him well, so I'm still training him.

Tinker came to us, she was a runaway. We placed ads, no one came for her. The Vet thinks she was mistreated. He thinks she is actually a Chi-Dash. None the less beautiful, and we love her. She ran to the right home. She weighs 4 lbs. full of life but still a little untrusting of people. In time I hope she forgets. I'll do what I can to change her unhappy past.

Chug was adopted from a rescue group. We were told he's Chihuahua and Pug, but after looking at your site, he looks more like Corgy and Chihuahua. That's also what people at the pet store said. He's a great dog. Very loved by the family.

Max is a 3 year old Norweigen Elkhound & Black Lab mix. One ear stands up all the time and the other lays down. He is truly one of a kind. He is very intelligent & personable. He is a people dog. He hates to be left alone. He never gets into anything or misbehaves when left alone, but sometimes it's all you can do to get out of the house without him. He is just like our little kid. We really love him.
