Katie and Peanut were our first two Dachshunds.We love them very much. Peanut, the male, informed me my wife had a problem by whining at the bedroom door. I entered the room and found that my wife was having a heart attack. He is our hero, he saved her life.

He is a show dog and a mini dachshund from 4-h. He is AKC registered and he was the first boy of the boys in his litter. I show him and I've bred him.

I bought my dog last September. He was only six weeks old when I bought him. He's a sweet dog but he is also sassy. He likes to gnaw on stuff. His favorite food is Gravy Train. He has a beautiful fawn coat. When I bought him, his coat was darker. But when he got a little older, it got lighter. He is without a doubt the best dog that I've ever owned.

Isabel is the funniest dog I have ever known. She easily brightens any dull situation. This is her asking me to get off my computer.

His hobbies are eating underwear, socks, water bottles and toilet paper. :)
