Rocky loves to swim, and often will not wait for the boat to anchor.

Takoda is an Australian Cattle Dog mix. He followed Poppy and me home one day. He is about to be 2 years old according to the vet. We named him "Takoda" because it means "a friend to all"...and he IS that! He is a real live wire and a joy to have around. We are lucky that he picked us.

Major is believed to be an Australian Cattle Dog/Husky mix. Like many cattle dogs, he is suspicious of strangers so he is not around many people outside of his family. He will be 3YO in Feb of 2004. He is a loving dog that loves to "snuggle and huggle!" He can even say, "I love you!" He truly is an amazing creature who loves to play with his flippy flopper outside. His grandpa calls him a Dingo due to the Cattle Dog's heritage.

Poppy is a mix of Chow and Pit Bull, we think. She is very independent, smart, funny and afraid of her own shadow. Fireworks send her into hysterics. She has grown more affectionate now that she knows we are her real family. We adopted her through PAAWS. Poppy has learned many tricks. Sometimes we think she is a human dressed as a dog.

Sophie, as of 12/16/03, is a 5 1/2 month old Boston Terrier/French Bulldog mix and is as sweet and outgoing as can be!

Teddy is a 3 1/2 year old male Bichon. He loves going for walks and posing for the camera.

Poppy is a rescue from PAAWS. She had been fostered in many homes and never adopted because she was very head strong and independent. She is just our style. She is much more affectionate now that she knows she is HOME.

Rex is of championship bloodline "Rockin' Rebel Rex", but was born deaf. He is VERY smart and would rather fetch than eat. He is fear aggressive, so he isn't around too many people....for the sake of his nerves and their safety. Rex is very gentle and loving and protective of his family. He is our best pal.

Cheyenne was the best dog anyone could have! She lived to the grand old age of 16! She was Born in MO.. And Lived in a Horse Farm with Us her whole life! A Wonderful Dane!

If you can believe it Sasha had no home until now. She came to me last November. And WOW what a joy! I even think in time "Thor Kitty" will come around and want to play with her soon.....
