Because greyhounds can run in excess of 30 mph it is IMPERATIVE that they are only allowed to run loose in safe locations that are both free of holes, derbis, flat and fenced. Greyhounds are very docile, sensitive natured, gentle animals who surprisingly require less exercise than other high energy breed types because they are sprinters(like the cheetah). They run like crazy for a few minutes then run out of energy and slowww right down.
